Although
our signs are packaged or crated with great care, damage can occur
during transit and unfortunately that is out of our control.
If
your sign is damaged in transit, please contact us within five working
days so we may assist you in filing a claim.
IMPORTANT:
Save all products and packaging that you received damaged.
A
representative of the transit company will need to take pictures
to process any claim. Without showing the damaged item, we cannot
assist you with filing your claim.
